CAN WE BRING CAR SEATS?
Car seats are required by law for children who legally need them. We do not provide car seats. The responsible adult must supply and properly install them. Children must remain seated and properly restrained at all times in their car seats. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service without refund (sorry — safety isn’t optional).
WHAT IS YOUR CLEANING POLICY?
We expect normal party mess — not total chaos.
Additional cleaning fees apply for: Excessive trash or spills, Vomit (🚨 minimum $300 fee), Bodily fluids of any kind, Glitter (yes, glitter counts — it never leaves),
Please aim for “fun night out,” not “biohazard.”
WHAT IS THE POLICY ON DAMAGES?
The booking party is financially responsible for all damages caused by any passenger. This includes (but is not limited to): Upholstery damage, Broken equipment, Windows, doors, or lighting, Repair costs will be charged to the card on file.
If you break it, you bought it.
CAN WE DRINK ALCOHOL ON THE BUS?
Alcohol is permitted only for passengers 21+. No underage drinking — no exceptions, no debates. The driver has full authority to end the trip if unsafe or illegal behavior occurs.
Open containers are allowed only where legally permitted.
Drink responsibly — the bus may be wild, but the driver is not.
POLICY ON ILLEGAL DRUGS
Illegal drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited on the bus. If illegal substances are discovered: The ride may be immediately terminated, No refund will be issued, Law enforcement may be contacted if required

IS SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED ON THE BUS?
No smoking or vaping of any kind (including cigarettes, vapes, cigars, or “herbal” products).
We do allow bathroom stops, with that being said you can stop to have a smoke break. Your time will continue to run if you do choose to stop. All time is consecutive. Violations will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee and possible trip termination.
Yes, even if it’s “just one hit.”
WHAT IF I FORGET SOMETHING ON THE BUS?
Fun Times Party Bus is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Check seats, cup holders, and floors before exiting. We’ll happily return found items if possible — but we are not a lost-and-found miracle service.
Phones love to hide under seats.
OVERAGES AND WAIT TIMES
If you do go over your contracted time, overtime is billed at the rate of seventy-five dollars ($75) per half hour (or any part thereof) over rental contract return time and will be charged to the card on file.

PASSENGER BEHAVIOR
Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion unless otherwise permitted.
No standing through sunroofs, leaning out windows, or distracting the driver.
Disorderly, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of service.
It is the repsonsibility of the person booking the bus to share all safety information with their guests.
The driver’s word is final — always.

PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF LOCATIONS
Please make sure the pick up and drop off locations are suitable for a large shuttle bus.
HOW MANY SEATS ON THE BUS?
There is a strict limit of 14 passengers on our buses based on state laws and DOT regulations.
TRIP UPDATES
We do our best to keep the party rolling smoothly, but sometimes plans change — here’s how we handle it: Timing & Schedule Changes, All trip times are based on the original booking schedule.
Delays caused by passengers (late departures, extended stops, slow loading/unloading) traffic conditions, or safety and legal limitations do not pause the clock. Additional mileage or time may result in additional charges. Route or stop changes must be requested by the booking party and are subject to Driver approval.
Surprise detours are fun — surprise billing disputes are not.
If your group runs over the scheduled time, overtime rates apply.
The party clock never stops ticking.
IS THERE A BATHROOM ON THE BUS?
There is no bathoom in this vehicle therefore it is important to plan accordingly. Your chauffeur can only make stops deemed safe according to state highway laws.
Remember what your mother taught you, go pee before you leave.
SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY
Always follow the instruction(s) of your chauffeur in order to make this excursion enjoyable for all.
It is imperative to respect all patrons and extend the same courtesy as one expects to receive.
Maintain an adequate level of safety for your health and well being while indulging in the amenities of this excursion.
DO NOT PUSH/PULL ON ANY DOOR, WINDOW OR EMERGENCY LEVERS DO NOT PULL OR HANG FROM THE POLE/RAILINGS AS THEY DO NOT SUPPORT ONE'S BODY WEIGHT.

CAN I STAY ON THE BUS IF I BECOME SICK OR HAD TOO MUCH TO DRINK?
You may only stay on the bus due to illness or venue sobriety policies only if chapparoned by another passenger as the chauffeur is not trained to treat or care for your condition(s).
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DON'T ARRIVE IN TIME?
Delays can happen that are out of our control, such as traffic, weather condtions, occasional inspection station stops, or vehicle breakdowns.
RonCo Executives/Fun Times Party Bus has taken every means to assure optimum operation of its vehicle. Service records can be made available to assure safe and operable conditions
